I’m Elizabeth “Beth” Kostelnik, Illinois lawyer and owner of Peace of Mind Legal Services, LLC. I founded Peace of Mind Legal Services with the goal of breaking down barriers that prevent people from completing their estate plans or seeking legal support when a loved one becomes ill or passes away.

As a working mom of two young kiddos, I understand life is busy. I get that that you have many other priorities, and it may seem impossible to squeeze in getting your estate plan done or meeting with a lawyer — even though you know it is important! I use technology, Zoom, and convenient meeting times to make it easy.
